Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist (Remote)

Provide technical, educational, operational and sales support to assist the district in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Successfully complete CRM Field Technical Training – online and field‑based; perform checks/interrogations of all CRM medical device systems post sign‑off; support implants post sign‑off; provide on‑call support evenings and weekends; troubleshoot support as requested.
  • Operational Support: Ensure completion of patient registration and other required hospital documentation; manage consignment and trunk inventory; maintain software on programmers; assist with daily coverage logistics.
  • Educational Support: Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products and solutions; assist with training new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives.
  • Sales Support: Partner with DSM, Sales Reps, and DM to learn market dynamics and customer motivations; assist with obtaining customer POs; understand competitive landscape; identify customer needs and opportunities and provide feedback to Sales Rep(s) to support sales objectives.
  • Ongoing Technical Development: Stay up to date on new products, solutions and patient‑management offerings; complete all assigned training in a timely manner; perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma + minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare, field sales or related work involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing.
  • Associate’s Degree + minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree + minimum 2 years of experience.
Preferred / Additional Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organization levels.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to accomplish objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and other applications (e.g., ).
  • Meet vendor credentialing requirements.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks/projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Physical

Job Requirements

Frequent required travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and off‑site meetings. Must be independently mobile. Regular communication. Lift up to 40 lbs. Sit, stand, walk up to 8+ hours. Use hand tools. Wear 7–9 lbs of lead in OR. Bending, stooping, squatting, balance. Close and distance vision. Must drive approximately 80% of time; valid driver license and active vehicle insurance; driving record reviewed.

Travel

Minimum travel of 10% of time.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary: $72,000 – $90,000 (U.S., non‑PR). Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Benefits:
