Selling Specialist - Yonkers​/Scarsdale

Summary

The Selling Specialist provides in-store sales support across an assigned territory, partnering with the Sales and Education Executive to drive brand performance within Sephora and Ulta locations. The role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, executing events, and maintaining visual merchandising standards while building strong relationships with store teams and clients. The specialist will travel between stores in the territory and communicate sales and merchandising updates to leadership.

• Achieve daily sales goals (sales per hour and ROI) in assigned stores.
• Assist the Executive with execution of in-store events to support brand initiatives and increase event sales.
• Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta BA’s, store leadership, and district managers.
• Provide service and support to BA’s and clients while working in-store.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers meet merchandising standards and report issues to the Executive.
• Maintain a regular call cycle, manage schedule and travel between stores, and submit weekly hours and daily sales/OOS reports.

• Beauty industry experience required.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday with weekend availability (Thursday-Sunday) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a Sephora or Ulta environment preferred.
• Proactive approach to engaging potential clients and promoting the brand.
• Own means of transportation and flexible hours to travel within the territory.
