Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities to achieve monthly targets for insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, agro chemicals, crop protection products, and agri-business solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or related field (agriculture sales).
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of agriculture marketing principles and practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
