We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales EXECUTIVE/MANAGER to lead sales operations for our book publication business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage a network of distributors,and booksellers.
- Visit schools, educational institutions, and retailers to promote publications.
- Appoint and support channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 3-7 years of experience in book publishing, educational publishing, or FMCG sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
