Entry Level Brand Ambassador

NY Clark is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Brand Ambassador supporting our AT&T Wireless retail program throughout the Yonkers, NY area.

This is a full-time, in-person position focused on brand promotion, retail sales, customer engagement, and wireless product education
. Brand Promotions Associates work directly with customers inside retail locations, introducing AT&T wireless products and services, explaining current promotions, and helping customers find options that fit their needs.

No previous wireless, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help new team members develop their communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.

• Represent and promote AT&T Wireless inside retail store locations
• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
• Introduce customers to current AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions
• Educate customers on available plans, devices, upgrades, and service options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions
• Support customer acquisition and retail sales goals
• Create positive and professional brand experiences
• Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team performance targets
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, customer engagement, and leadership development
• Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotional offers
