Job Title: Medical Sales / Business Development Executive

• Promote and sell medical equipment (ventilators, defibrillators, ICU devices, etc.) to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and procurement teams.
• Demonstrate product features and provide technical explanations to clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and participate in tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Bachelors degree (any stream; science or medical background preferred).
• 3-8 years of experience in medical device sales with strong communication skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (Pan India if required).
• Basic understanding of medical equipment or willingness to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
