They are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to connect with prospective brands, engage decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. This is a B2B outreach role focused primarily on email, Linked In, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to prospective brands through email, Linked In, and social media
. - Connect with decision-makers and book meetings for Sales Managers
. - Follow provided messaging and outreach strategies to engage prospects.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate prospect records.
- Support CRM updates and administrative tasks related to new brand accounts.
- Support phone or video outreach as the role evolves.
Consistently generate qualified meetings through effective outreach and disciplined follow-up.
Requirements- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, outbound outreach, or sales support
. - Strong professional English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with email, Linked In, or social media outreach.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new tools.
Proactive, reliable, coachable, and persistent, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
Nice to Have- Previous B2B appointment-setting experience.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or product distribution.
- Experience supporting administrative or onboarding tasks.
Take ownership of outbound outreach and help build new brand partnerships across a growing portfolio of businesses.
