About the Role
We're hiring a Strategic Growth & Partnerships Associate to support business development and partnership work as we expand into new markets and programs. You'll help identify and reach new partner prospects, run market research, coordinate our conference and event presence, and keep partnership projects moving from first conversation through pilot launch. It's a broad role with exposure across business development, marketing, and operations.
You'll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with leadership and partners across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Support partner prospecting and outreach, helping identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Run market research to inform where we grow next and which partnerships to pursue
- Coordinate conference and exhibit activity, from planning through on-site execution and follow-up
- Keep partnership projects and pilot program launches on track across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop presentations, reports, and stakeholder-facing materials that support thought leadership and partner conversations
- Maintain pipeline and partner activity in Hub Spot, and keep records accurate as deals progress
- Support educational publications and social media content that build our presence in the market
What You Bring
Required
- B achelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a field related to population health or nutrition
- 3+ years supporting business development, partnerships, marketing, or strategic initiatives
- Experience coordinating projects or events across multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
- Experience working in a CRM to track pipeline and partner activity
- Comfort building presentations and stakeholder-facing materials in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred
- Background in healthcare or life sciences
- Experience with conference or speaking engagement coordination
- Experience developing publications, educational content, or social media for a professional audience
The expected salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually, plus performance bonus and benefits. Compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and location.
