As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting dentists and practice leaders with solutions that can truly transform the way they work and grow.

What You'll Do

• Guide prospective customers through their journey from initial interest to becoming successful Spear members.
• Build trusted relationships with dentists, practice leaders, and teams to understand their goals and challenges.
• Proactively engage prospects through consultative conversations that uncover opportunities and demonstrate value.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline while creating personalized follow-up strategies that keep prospects engaged.
• Respond quickly to qualified leads, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience from the very first interaction.
• Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing members and connect them with additional solutions that support their growth.
• Leverage CRM tools and performance metrics to drive efficiency, improve effectiveness, and maximize results.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer success and long-term engagement.

What Makes You Successful

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of achieving results
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence conducting high-volume phone conversations (approximately 85% of the role)
• Ability to balance multiple opportunities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Experience using CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred) and sales productivity tools
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
• Willingness to occasionally support evening and weekend events or activities
