Position SummaryThe Security / Front Desk Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role serves as the first point of contact while monitoring facility access and supporting daily front desk operations within a nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Schedule- 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
- Must work every other weekend
- $18-$23

- Full and Part Time Position
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff professionally
- Monitor and control facility entry and exit; maintain visitor logs
- Enforce facility safety, security, and visitation policies
- Conduct routine security rounds throughout the building
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, or safety concerns and notify appropriate staff
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security, front desk, or healthcare experience preferred
- Security Guard License (required by NY state)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
