Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor the location for unusual conditions, maintenance‑related issues, and policy violations, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Support daily operations by assisting with access control, directing visitors and deliveries, and providing a professional presence in varying environments and conditions across the property.

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
