Part Time

$17.68 - $18.68 / Hour

• Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Wed 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, and security-related policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity according to location guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with residents, staff, and emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter to help support security-related awareness and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and pass-down information related to access control activity, resident requests, and security-related incidents.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
