Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building surroundings while assisting with property rules, directions, and general support at the location;
Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and incidents that may impact daily operations
