Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff while following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols;
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and authorize entry for residents, visitors, vendors, and/or service personnel;
Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, delivery, and incident logs and promptly report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact property management and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity
