We are seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing aftermarket accessories, suspension systems, and wheels, as well as expertise in mounting and balancing tires. This is a full-time position.

• Install aftermarket accessories, including bumpers, lighting, and other modifications on a variety of vehicles.
• Perform suspension system upgrades, including lift kits and other suspension modifications.
• Mount and balance wheels and tires to ensure proper fitment and performance.
• Perform basic welding tasks for custom fabrication or modification of parts.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a keen eye for detail and ensuring top-quality installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality results.

• 2+ years of experience in automotive customization, including aftermarket accessory installations and suspension system upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of wheel and tire mounting and balancing.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and other automotive equipment.
• Must have your own tools or at least a set of general tools required for vehicle modifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and quality installations, ensuring all work meets high standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A passion for the automotive industry, particularly off-road and custom builds.

• Experience with Jeep and truck modifications.
• Experience with electrical work, such as wiring and installing electrical accessories (an asset, but not required).
• Welding experience for custom fabrication and modifications.
• ASE certification or similar automotive certifications.
• A passion for Jeeps and trucks.
