Two Coast Living in Yonkers, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance at our multifamily properties. This hands-on role requires carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, and strong resident service, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–5pm, onsite, and occasional on-call.
Base pay is $26–$28 per hour, with discretionary bonus and long-term incentives; FLSA non-exempt; comprehensive benefits beyond.
