Salary Range: $20.90 To $21.62 Hourly

Time : 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Full-time, part-time, overnight, and per diem opportunities available

Starting Pay: $20.90 – $21.62 per hour
Child Care Counselors support the basic needs, health, and safety of our residents. In this role, you'll help guide youth through therapeutic programming and individualized treatment goals, all while creating a structured, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment — meaningful work that makes a real difference
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License strongly preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting youth or at risk population in a residential setting
