- Monitor case planning activities including home visits, family engagement, concurrent planning, court preparation, entitlement coordination, referrals, and service linkage to ensure quality and consistency.
- Partner with program leadership, clinicians, educators, legal representatives, ACS, OCFS, CSE, OPWDD, DSS, courts, and community providers to coordinate services and resolve complex case issues.

- Conduct regular case record reviews, quality assurance audits, and utilization reviews to identify trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Support staff development through onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing education in child welfare practice, permanency planning, family engagement, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), and agency policies.
