Covenant House Vancouver is seeking an overnight Sanctuary Program Youth Worker to support vulnerable youth in a low-barrier, harm-reduction setting with trauma-informed care and crisis response.
You will greet youth, assess needs, orient new clients, assist in exiting street life, coordinate services, document notes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This fixed-term contract runs until January 14, 2027, with shifts Monday–Thursday 11:00pm–8:30am.
