For our client, we are seeking a.net Developer to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications
- Design and web applications using Microsoft technologies
- Quickly understand and enhance solutions
- Test and applications to ensure quality
- Develop SQL objects for application use and support database-related tasks
- Review and refactor code using Git branching strategies
- Deploy fully functional applications into Azure and manage cloud environments
- Interact directly with U.S. clients to gather and analyze technical requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of software design and development experience, particularly and Full Stack technologies
- Proficient in front-end technologies (Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and back-end (.NET Core,.NET WEB API)
- Experience deploying applications on Azure and familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
- Strong background in SQL Server Development and database management
- Familiar with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and Kanban
- Experience in mortgage technology preferred
