Lead Salesforce Developer

We're partnering with a global software company looking to hire a Lead Salesforce Developer to take ownership of their Salesforce platform and drive the delivery of scalable solutions across the business.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to enhance and optimise Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Act as the technical SME for the Salesforce platform.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
• Mentor and support developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Drive platform improvements, governance, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with global business stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

• Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations
• Experience leading development projects or mentoring developers
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
