Description:
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in GPS cryptography and military modernization programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cryptographic systems, GPS signal processing, and the ability to work on classified projects related to national security. Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement cryptographic solutions for GPS systems
* Analyze and assess vulnerabilities in existing GPS cryptographic protocols
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cryptographic enhancements into GPS modernization programs
* Conduct research and development on next-generation cryptographic algorithms for GPS applications
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
* Ensure compliance with all applicable security standards and regulations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in GPS systems and cryptography
* Experience with cryptographic algorithms and protocols (e.g., AES, RSA, ECC)
* Knowledge of GPS signal structure and processing techniques
* Familiarity with military GPS modernization programs (e.g., GPS III, GPS IV)
* Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with cryptographic hardware modules (CHMs)
* Knowledge of cryptographic key management systems
* Experience with software development in C/C++ or similar languages
