A pivotal leader responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. The role involves executing personnel and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company’s ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand’s core values. This position plays a crucial role in elevating the store's sales performance and contributing to the overall company success and is held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

$22 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)

$70,000 - $90,000+ (inclusive of base, bonus, and commission)

Lead. Sell. Earn.

• Drive store and individual sales goals and performance
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team
• Champion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design program
• Recognize top talent
• Deliver an exceptional, branded customer experience
• Support sales events, promotions, and store operations
• Address customer concerns and help maintain a clean, professional showroom
• Partner with leadership to improve sales and operational results

• Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Support planning and executing sales promotion and events.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence.
• Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures.
• Uphold brand visual standards in the store by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas.

• 1-3 years of sales or retail experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with strong business and financial understanding
• Retail sales management experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must pass background and drug screening

Training Pay: $22 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)

Average Earning Potential After Training: $70,000 - $90,000+ (inclusive of base, commission and bonus)

The company will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements

Post-Training Pay:
Base Pay: $22,000 per year
Commission & Bonus:
Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 6% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 4% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales.
Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of store sales goals
