Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty. Engage clients with a consultative approach, identify needs, and ensure an excellent overall experience while maintaining Sephora at Kohl’s standards.
You will build client loyalty through product knowledge, perform merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards. Flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays are required; pay range is $17.95–$23.35 per hour.
