Junior Programs

• Oversee the implementation of a Junior Development Program to include lessons, clinics, round‑robins and other events as required.
• Teach lessons, clinics and run other junior programming all in a professional manner.
• Supervise and direct all Racquets Tennis Professionals in planning and coordinating all instructional programs, lesson plans and new programs.
• Plan, execute, and manage an Intra‑Club League Program or Junior Team Tennis.
• Plan, execute, and manage a creative Summer Camp program, including coordinating Racquets Professionals.
• Assist in the training and managing of Racquets Professionals.
• Must manage own time for Junior coordinator administrative duties.
• Conduct weekly on or off‑court junior training for racquets professionals.

• Teach lessons, clinics, and other adult programming all in a professional manner.
• Work with the Director to plan, coordinate and execute a variety of Mixers, Round Robins, and other events and social activities as scheduled on the yearly calendar.
• Organize and run Men’s Monday Night.
• Planning, executing, and managing junior events, mixers, or round robins.

• Meet, plan, and organize the league with Director and captains. Organize and run team practices.

• Must provide current USPTA or PTR certification and teaching professional insurance.
• Must pursue continued education on off months or from September to April.
