Financial Analyst - FP&A and Accounting

We're seeking a Financial Analyst who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to play a key role in our expansion strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside experienced operators, supporting essential accounting functions and financial planning & analysis while supporting M&A activities and portfolio growth.

Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role combines essential accounting operations with financial planning & analysis responsibilities. This position is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who wants to develop expertise in both core accounting functions and strategic financial analysis while supporting our rapid growth and M&A activities.

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank and credit card accounts
• Support accounts payable and audit/tax preparation
• Streamline financial processes and improve reporting tools
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances to leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

• Analyze sales trends, customer metrics, and operational performance
• Assist with financial due diligence and deal analysis
• Support integration planning and standardized reporting across portfolio companies

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment preferred but not required
• Familiarity with ERP systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights

• Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn FP&A best practices
• Comfortable working with evolving processes and ambiguity
• Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to leadership
• Detail-oriented professional who can also think strategically about business drivers
• Limited travel required
