Under the direct guidance of their assigned supervisor and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the incumbent is responsible for providing assistance to a team of Commercial Relationship Managers. Primary responsibilities include maintaining integrity of designated commercial loan portfolios, performing loan maintenance activities and providing superior customer service.
Essential Functions (3) Administrative Support- Prepares commitment letters, file memos and customer correspondence as needed
- Assists in various research projects and reconciles documentation questions for servicing
- Responsible for input and maintenance of customer records in the Customer Relationship Management and Loan Origination systems
- Monitors and prepares various commercial lending reports
- Assists in processing/closing of loans
- Reviews loan documentation for accuracy and facilitates clearing of deficiencies
- Provides prompt and courteous service to all customers
- Answers inquiries, performs research and account maintenance
- Acts as a customer liaison for Commercial Relationship Managers

- Displays strong written and verbal communication skills
Displays strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task to meet established deadlines - Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effectively uses analytical skills to solve technical, as well as, non-technical problems
- Prior knowledge of regulations within the financial services industry is preferred
- Ability to adapt to change
- Experience in a commercial banking environment.
- Experience in a professional, service focused and fast-paced environment
- High school or General Education Diploma
Physical Requirements
- Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Lifting and moving of moderately heavy objects on occasion
- Normally seated for extended periods of time
