Scope of Work

Under the direct guidance of their assigned supervisor and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the incumbent is responsible for providing assistance to a team of Commercial Relationship Managers. Primary responsibilities include maintaining integrity of designated commercial loan portfolios, performing loan maintenance activities and providing superior customer service.

Essential Functions (3) Administrative Support
  • Prepares commitment letters, file memos and customer correspondence as needed
  • Assists in various research projects and reconciles documentation questions for servicing
  • Responsible for input and maintenance of customer records in the Customer Relationship Management and Loan Origination systems
Loan Pipeline and Report Management
  • Monitors and prepares various commercial lending reports
  • Assists in processing/closing of loans
  • Reviews loan documentation for accuracy and facilitates clearing of deficiencies
Customer support for designated loan portfolio(s)
  • Provides prompt and courteous service to all customers
  • Answers inquiries, performs research and account maintenance
  • Acts as a customer liaison for Commercial Relationship Managers

  • Prior knowledge of regulations within the financial services industry is preferred

  • Experience in a commercial banking environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards
