- Maine is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in York, ME, with availability to travel to parts of New Hampshire. In this role, you will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders to a diverse patient population. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal communication and swallowing function.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and provide family education and support.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Proven experience in speech therapy, preferably in a home health or clinical setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
