Shift: 4 - 9 Hour shifts
-Days scheduled between 6:45 am to 4:15 pm, + call rotation

• Prepare the Operating Room
  Set up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, equipment, and supplies before the procedure. Ensure everything is properly sterilized and ready.

• Maintain Sterile Field
  Follow strict aseptic techniques during surgery to prevent infection and ensure a safe surgical environment.

• Assist the Surgeon During Procedures
  Pass instruments and supplies, hold retractors, cut sutures, and anticipate the surgeon’s needs throughout the operation.

• Post-Procedure Responsibilities
