You will work closely with healthcare professionals and families to create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management and care techniques

• Current LPN license in the state of Maine
• Previous nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
