Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.;
Safely and efficiently operate dishwashing machine according to procedure manual and load proper soap and rinse chemicals.;
Remove from service damaged or broken dishes, utensils, and glassware; stock delivered food and non-food items.;
Perform deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment; empty garbage bins and break down boxes.;
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and interact professionally with residents, visitors, and co-workers.
