Join J.D. Irving, Limited as a Technical Analyst in the Operations, Facilities team across Maine. The role delivers high‑quality technical support and service solutions, ensures smooth operation of IT systems, maintains proactive infrastructure, and enhances user experience for all JDI companies in the region.

• End‑to‑end resolution of customer incidents assigned or escalated from Tier 1
• Fulfill defined customer service requests and project tasks
• Conduct site reviews and preventative maintenance at assigned business facilities
• Provide timely and accurate service reporting
• Manage and execute lifecycle activities for desktop devices, endpoint network switches, and Microsoft server hardware
• Maintain and manage regional field support partnerships
• Mentor end users in technology use and best practices
• Participate in on‑call rotation

• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
• 0‑2 years of experience in IT
• Valid driver’s permit and ability to travel between sites
• Expert knowledge of end‑user computing technologies: desktops, laptops, mobile devices/tablets (Android and Apple)
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Teams, Office 365, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome
• Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with SCCM, Netskope, Android OS, Apple OS
• Understanding of video conferencing technologies, server hardware, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, and Cisco Edge devices
