• Performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and maintaining accurate records.
• Inspecting equipment regularly to identify needed repairs and safety concerns.
• Training line operators on safety procedures like lock-out/tag-out.
• Recommending, evaluating, and installing new equipment or line improvements.
• Coordinating repairs with outside vendors and minimizing production downtime.
• Maintaining clean work areas, spare parts inventory, and responding to off‑hours equipment issues.

• Graduate of technical or trade school.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing production or industrial equipment; repair experience from non-manufacturing industries will also be considered.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
