CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring for several full-time Kitchen Manufacturing Associates on both 1st and 2nd shift in York, Maine. These positions offer steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced production environment.
Location:
York, ME
Open Positions:
- Kitchen Prep – 1st
Shift: $20.00/hour |
Hours:
4:30 AM – 1:00 PM. - Kitchen Prep – 2nd
Shift: $22.00/hour |
Hours:
1:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
- Follow production procedures to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Prepare materials or ingredients according to company standards.
- Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety or manufacturing guidelines.
- Package, label, and inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Reliable attendance with availability to work Monday through Friday.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or kitchen environment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
