• Provide direct, compassionate care to adult medical‑surgical patients, including routine assessments and monitoring.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support telemetry monitoring as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, other RNs, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record.
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education on procedures, medications, and post‑discharge care.
• Ensure patient safety, adherence to policies, and timely escalation of concerns.

• Current, active Registered Nurse license to practice in Maine.
• ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required.
• Previous Medical‑Surgical nursing experience is required.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Ability to work the night shift and comply with the Maine flu vaccination mandate.
• Must have prior Med Surg clinical experience and be able to function in a hospital setting.
