Travel Nurse Source is seeking an experienced RN Care Manager for a 13-week assignment at York Hospital in York, ME. The role coordinates utilization management and discharges, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care during hospital stays.
Qualified candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing with 3–5 years in medical/surgical, home care, or case management and active BLS. CCM/ACM preferred; weekend/holiday rotation is required.
