Securitas Security Services is expanding its Security Team in Newington, NH. We are looking for Part‑Time and Full‑Time Security Officers to fill various shifts.

Starting $20.00/hr with a shift differential for the 3rd shift ($21.20/hr).

• 1st Shift – Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 16 hrs/week
• 2nd Shift – Friday & Saturday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, 16 hrs/week
• 2nd Shift – Thursday – Monday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, 40 hrs/week
• 3rd Shift – Friday – Monday, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, 32 hrs/week

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills.
• Previous military and/or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift during various weather conditions.
• Must stay alert and have attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and communication.

• Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, often under urgent and high‑pressure situations.
• May be exposed to stressful situations, such as dealing with individuals who are attempting unauthorized entry.
• Must undergo and meet company standards for background checks, reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection surveys, plus any mandatory licensing requirements.
• May be required to work overtime without advance notice.
• Must handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Basic computer usage and operating controls.
• Must perceive, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, often for long periods, including climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain.
• Occasionally reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 25 lbs.
• Close vision and distance vision are required.
• May be required to perform stressful and physical activity.
• May be exposed to inclement weather or required to work in environments that demand protective gear or heightened personal safety awareness.
• May be required to handle sensitive and confidential information.

This position is an unarmed security officer role.
