Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no weekends, only one holiday per year)

Competitive pay and a full benefits package
- Register all non-emergency patients and verify information
- Collect and enter demographic and insurance details accurately
- Operate the main hospital phone system and direct calls appropriately
- Greet patients and visitors, answer questions, and provide directions
- Scan, organize, and route patient documentation in a timely manner
- Process payments and assist with basic billing inquiries
- Support daily office operations, including mail distribution and opening/closing procedures
- Great customer service, a positive attitude, and a love of people!
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong computer skills and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in healthcare admissions, customer service, or multi-line phone systems preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
