Highlights of the Position- Be the welcoming smile at York General Family Medicine and Urgent Care!
- Ease into healthcare with a day job! The majority of your shifts will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with rotating 2 Saturdays per month at Urgent Care, 10:00am-6:00pm. Occasional Friday shifts at Urgent Care 9:00am-7:00pm.

- Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and genuine care.
- Manage the scheduling flow: book, confirm, and update patient appointments.
- Collect and process patient payments accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain correct demographic and insurance information.
- Assist patients with forms and prepare medical records ahead of visits.
- Support day-to-day clinic operations by answering phones, routing calls, sorting mail, and monitoring office supplies.
- Protect patient privacy and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- A positive, welcoming attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a busy environment with ease.
- Comfort with computers and common office technology.
- Prior medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
