As an Estimator, you'll play a critical role in helping Klute secure and successfully execute projects by preparing accurate and competitive project estimates.

You'll:

• Review project plans, specifications, and customer requirements
• Analyze material, labor, and production costs
• Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals
• Communicate with customers to clarify project requirements
• Organize and maintain project and quote information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

Experience: 1 – 3 years

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with numbers and technical information
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Curious and motivated to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication via email/phone calls
• Interested in building a long-term career in estimating and project management

• Experience in cost estimating, construction, manufacturing, steel fabrication, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other business software
• Knowledge of structural steel, steel fabrication, or construction processes is helpful but not required

• Extended Sitting and working on the computer; standing and/or walking
