Opportunity- Customize your scope of practice
- Mix of inpatient, outpatient, nursing home, and OB (optional C-sections)
- Optional ER shifts
- 4.5‑day workweek with immediate patient volume
- 1:1 Physician‑to‑NP ratio
- $325K base + wRVUs over $100K
- $100K sign‑on package
