• Evening Shift: 8 hour shift, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

• Attend to all personal care needs including assistance with dressing, hygiene, toileting, locomotion, and repositioning.
• Serve meals and assist residents with meal intake as required; provide, offer, and assist with hydration needs, snacks, and supplements.
• Observe and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing observations and cares, including but not limited to intake/output, food consumption, and ADLS.

• A genuine interest in nursing and a desire to attend to the elderly.
• This position requires successful completion of the 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training Course and certification by the state of Nebraska Health and Human Services system.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
