York General is seeking a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, on-site work in York, NE. You will provide in-home patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and follow the written plan of care.
Ideal candidates have a valid Nebraska CNA certification (75-hour training), BLS, a valid Nebraska driver’s license with adequate auto insurance, and must be at least 19 years old. Reports to the Director, Home Health; great work hours and employee-centered environment.
