Responsibilities include:

Performing expert-level mechanical and electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and supporting complex systems.

Programming, troubleshooting, and analyzing control systems to resolve hardware/software issues.

Utilizing predictive maintenance tools such as infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, and vibration analysis.

Leading continuous improvement activities and suggesting reliability enhancements.

Source parts and supplies, and suggest solutions to improve system reliability.

Performing maintenance according to industry standards and maintaining a clean work environment.

Operating machining tools and performing welding tasks as needed.

Researching and implementing new maintenance methods and updating documentation.

Preparing cost analyses for equipment and repairs, and reviewing CMMS data.

Providing technical input for sales quotations and performing T&M duties.

Training and coaching technicians, managing projects, and supporting career development.

Adhering to all safety policies and recognizing unsafe behaviors.

Physical Demands and

Working Conditions:

Requires standing, walking, handling tools, climbing, stooping, and lifting over 50 pounds. Work is in a factory environment, often loud, with potential exposure to hazardous materials and electrical shocks.
