SHIPPING & RECEIVING ASSOCIATE
Location: Advanced Agri Direct, York, Nebraska Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Operations Manager
ABOUT USWe are a family-owned manufacturing business under new ownership known for our commitment to quality, service, and people. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to play a key role in our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Bag and tag orders to be shipped in order received
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments
- Check in all parts shipped or received
- Coordinate shipping schedules with internal departments.
- Generate labels, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
- Communicate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills; ERP system experience a plus.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in a manufacturing setting.
