Facilities Maintenance Manager, Licensed Master Electrician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and sustainably while providing a safe and comfortable environment for our associates and customers.

• Approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
• Collaboration with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Coordination with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
• Reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintenance of up-to-date contractor licenses and state registrations.
• Participation in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedule inspections in accordance with mechanical or building codes.
• Customer service focus.

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3 to 5 years.
• Electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving skills – root cause and breakdown analysis experience.

• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.
• Current state Master Electrician License, in good standing.
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment.

• Licensed Master Electrician with 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area; OR 3 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.

• Experience in building controls or related area.
• Leading cross‑functional teams.
• External work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in optical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
• Supervisory experience.
• Type I and Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock participation.
