RTX is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate surface grinders and CNC mills on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.). You will read process prints, monitor tolerances, set up tooling, and document results in shop travelers and quality records.
Qualifications include a high‑school diploma or equivalent, basic math, basic computer skills, and experience with measurement tools (gauges, calipers) and blueprints. A $2,000 sign‑on bonus is available for external candidates.
