York General is seeking a Regular Part Time (24 hours per week) Foundation Coordinator to support fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts that help advance our mission of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to York and the surrounding communities. As a key member of the York General Foundation team, you'll help connect donors, community partners, and organizational leaders to initiatives that strengthen healthcare services and improve lives throughout our region.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and support Foundation fundraising and development activities.
- Assist with donor stewardship, recognition, and relationship-building efforts.
- Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and outreach initiatives.
- Plan and execute Foundation events and fundraising activities.
- Collaborate with departments and leaders throughout York General to support organizational priorities.
- Promote community awareness of the Foundation and communicate donor impact.
- Maintain donor records and reporting systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with Foundation financial tracking, event budgets, and fund documentation.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 2 years experience in fundraising, development, non-profit leadership, or healthcare foundation work is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, non-profit management, marketing communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with donor relations, event coordination, and fundraising campaigns is preferred.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
