Foundation Coordinator

York General is seeking a Regular Part Time (24 hours per week) Foundation Coordinator to support fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach efforts that help advance our mission of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to York and the surrounding communities.

• Coordinate and support Foundation fundraising and development activities.
• Assist with donor stewardship, recognition, and relationship-building efforts.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and outreach initiatives.
• Plan and execute Foundation events and fundraising activities.
• Collaborate with departments and leaders throughout York General to support organizational priorities.
• Promote community awareness of the Foundation and communicate donor impact.
• Maintain donor records and reporting systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with Foundation financial tracking, event budgets, and fund documentation.

• At least 2 years experience in fundraising, development, non-profit leadership, or healthcare foundation work is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business, non-profit management, marketing communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with donor relations, event coordination, and fundraising campaigns is preferred.

Bachelors or better in Nonprofit Development and Administration or related field.

2 years:
Experience in fundraising, development, non-profit leadership, or healthcare foundation work

Experience with donor relations, event coordination, and fundraising campaigns
