Status: Regular Part Time (24 hours per week) or Full Time (36 hours per week)
Shift: Night, every third weekend

- Provide skilled, compassionate care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Monitor fetal heart rates, respond quickly to changes, and provide neonatal resuscitation as needed.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members regarding patient conditions.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and deliver hands‑on care.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license in Nebraska.
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (CLC preferred). - Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a caring, team‑oriented approach.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 for Full Time, $7,500 for Regular Part Time.
